Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: £12.95

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over £50

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please review our policy carefully:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their unique vintage nature, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged:

  • Vintage display cases with custom glasswork
  • Wardrobes with hand-restored finishes
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item

Our returns process is as elegant as our furniture:

  1. Contact Us: Email customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
  3. Wait for Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
  4. Package Carefully: Repack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship Back: Send the package using the carrier we specify (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Return Shipping Options

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns:

  • Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx (typically £10-£15)
  • Economy Return: Use EMS (typically £8-£12)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
