2. Products & Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take great care in describing our vintage bookcases, coffee tables, display cases, side tables, and wardrobes. However, slight variations in colour, grain, or patina may occur due to the nature of vintage items.

2.2 Custom Items

Some display cases with custom glasswork and wardrobes with hand-restored finishes are unique. These cannot be returned unless damaged (see Section 5).

2.3 Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable, in which case we’ll notify you promptly.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We occasionally update prices, but this won’t affect confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment Methods

Payment is taken when we process your order (within 1-2 business days).

3.4 Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. A second email follows when your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Contact us before ordering if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

4.2 Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Cost: £12.95

Free Shipping:
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Available for orders over £50

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items are dispatched, risk passes to you. You’re responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and noting any damage with the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Some vintage items cannot be returned (see Section 2.2).

5.2 Return Process

To return an item:

2. Include order number and return reason
3. Wait for return instructions (within 2 business days)
4. Repack securely in original packaging
5. Ship using specified carrier (return shipping at your cost)

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.

5.4 Damaged Items

If items arrive damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping.

6. Liability & Disputes

6.1 Our Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of items. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
